本政策依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《中华人民共和国网络安全法》《信息安全技术 个人信息安全规范》(GB/T 35273) 等法律法规制定。

1. 我们收集什么

心迹尊重你的隐私。我们的设计原则是最小化数据收集。

1.1 你主动输入的内容

• 每日心情记录（心情类型、文字笔记、生日、初始心情）
• 你添加的照片、视频、语音文件
• App 偏好设置（语言、自定义心情名称与颜色）

这些数据存储在你设备的本地数据库中。如果你登录了 iCloud，数据会通过你私有的 iCloud 数据库在你自己的设备之间同步。我们（开发者）无法访问你 iCloud 私有数据库中的任何内容。

说明：照片、视频、语音文件保存在设备本地的 Documents 目录中，不会随 iCloud 同步。仅文字心情记录会通过 iCloud 同步。

1.2 自动收集的诊断数据

• 崩溃与性能数据：通过 Sentry SDK 收集匿名的崩溃堆栈与性能指标，仅用于改进 App 稳定性。不包含个人身份信息（IP 地址、设备 ID 已禁用）。

2. 我们不收集

• 位置信息
• 通讯录、日历、健康数据
• 用于跨 App 跟踪的广告标识符
• 用于第三方营销/广告的数据

• 导出：在「我的 → 数据」中导出全部数据为 JSON。
• 删除：在「设置 → 隐私 → 删除所有数据」可一键删除本地与 iCloud 镜像；卵载 App 也会清除本地数据。

4.1 用户生成内容（UGC）说明

你在 App 内输入的文字、录音、拍摄的照片与视频仅保存在你本机及你私有的 iCloud 数据库，开发者不会以任何形式上传、访问、存储或分发这些内容，也不提供任何在线社区、评论、聊天、公开分享或互动功能。因此，本 App 不属于需要内容审核、投诉与举报机制的 UGC 服务。

本 App 不针对 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集其数据。

6. 政策变更

政策更新会在本页面公布并更新生效日期。重大变更会通过 App 内通知告知。

7. 数据保存期限

你的心情记录、媒体文件、偏好设置仅保存在你设备本地及你私有的 iCloud 数据库中，由你自行决定保存或删除。我们（开发者）不持有你的数据副本，因此不存在统一的"保存期限"。Sentry 收集的匿名崩溃数据保留 90 天后自动删除。

8. 数据跨境传输

本 App 不主动将你的个人数据传输出中国大陆境外。但请注意：

• iCloud 同步：由 Apple 提供。中国大陆用户的 iCloud 数据由"云上贵州"运营，存储在中国境内。详见 Apple 的隐私政策。
• Sentry 崩溃诊断：服务器位于美国。仅在 App 发生崩溃时上传匿名堆栈与设备型号，不含 IP 地址或个人身份信息。如你不希望将此类信息出境，可在 App 「设置 → 隐私 → 崩溃诊断」中随时关闭。

9. 用户权利保障

依据《个人信息保护法》第 44~50 条，你享有以下权利：

• 查阅、复制权：在 App 内随时查看全部数据；在 "设置 → 数据" 中导出 JSON。
• 更正权：所有内容可在 App 内直接编辑。
• 删除权：可在 App 内删除单条记录，或通过卸载 App 清除全部本地数据。
• 撤回同意权：可关闭 iCloud 同步以撤回云端同步授权。
• 注销权：本 App 不需要注册账号，无需注销。
• 投诉权：如对个人信息处理活动有疑问或投诉，可通过本政策开头的邮箱联系我们，我们将在 15 个工作日内 回复；如对回复不满意，你有权向所在地网信办或个人信息保护监管部门投诉。

10. 未成年人保护

本 App 不针对 14 岁以下未成年人。若你是未成年人，请在监护人指导下使用，并在监护人同意后再向 App 提供个人信息。如发现我们在未取得监护人同意的情况下收集了未成年人信息，请联系我们删除。

Privacy Policy

Effective: April 25, 2026

1. What We Collect

Moodprint is designed around data minimization.

1.1 Content You Provide

• Daily mood entries (mood type, text notes, birthday, initial mood)
• Photos, videos, voice memos you attach
• Preferences (language, custom mood names & colors)

These are stored in a local database on your device. If you are signed into iCloud, the data syncs across your own devices via your private iCloud database. The developer has no access to anything in your private iCloud database.

Note: Photos, videos, and voice memos are stored locally in your device's Documents folder and are not synced via iCloud. Only text-based mood entries are synced.

1.2 Automatic Diagnostics

• Crash & performance data via Sentry — anonymous stack traces and metrics used only to fix bugs. IP and device ID transmission is disabled. You can turn this off any time in Settings → Privacy → Crash Diagnostics.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Location, contacts, calendar, health data
• Cross-app tracking identifiers
• Data for third-party marketing/advertising

3. Third-Party Services

• Apple iCloud — your private database for sync
• Sentry — anonymized crash diagnostics
• Apple StoreKit — purchases (handled by Apple; developer does not see payment info)

4. Your Rights

• Export all your data as JSON in Settings → Data.
• Delete: tap Settings → Privacy → Delete All Data to wipe local + iCloud copies in one step. Uninstalling also clears local data.

4.1 User-Generated Content (UGC)

Any text, voice memo, photo or video you create in Moodprint is stored only on your device and in your private iCloud database. The developer never uploads, accesses, stores, or distributes this content. Moodprint does not provide any social, comment, chat, public sharing, or community features. As such, the app is not a UGC service requiring content moderation, complaint, or reporting mechanisms.

5. Children

This app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

6. Changes

Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified in-app.

7. Retention

Your mood entries, media files and preferences live only on your device and in your private iCloud database — you control retention. The developer holds no copy. Sentry crash diagnostics auto-delete after 90 days.

8. International Transfers

Crash diagnostics are processed by Sentry in the United States. iCloud sync is handled by Apple per your region's iCloud terms. No other data leaves your device.

9. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA / PIPL)

You may at any time access, export, correct, or delete your data directly within the app. There is no account to terminate. For questions or complaints contact haoyuefan@outlook.com — we respond within 15 business days.

10. Children

Not directed to users under 13 (US) or 14 (China). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
