开发者授予你一个非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，仅供你个人非商业使用本 App。你不得：
你输入的所有心情记录、照片、文字均归你所有。开发者不会查看、复制或上传你的私有内容。如本 App 因 iCloud 同步出现数据丢失，开发者将尽力协助但不承担任何赔偿责任。
本 App 提供可选高级订阅（"Premium"）。订阅由 Apple App Store 处理，付款将通过你的 Apple ID 收取。订阅会自动续期，除非在续期前至少 24 小时关闭。可在 Apple ID 设置中管理或取消订阅。开发者不接触你的付款信息。
本 App 仅用于个人情绪记录，不构成医疗、心理或诊断建议。如你正经历严重情绪困扰，请联系专业人士。本 App 按"现状"提供，不对持续可用性、无错误或满足特定用途作担保。
在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者对因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失不承担责任。
你随时可卸载本 App 终止协议。若你违反本协议，开发者有权终止对你的许可。
本协议可能随版本更新而调整，更新后将在本页公布。继续使用即视为接受新条款。

By downloading, installing, or using Moodprint ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, sell, sublicense, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
All mood entries, photos, and text you create are yours. The developer cannot view, copy, or upload your private content. While we strive for reliable iCloud sync, the developer is not liable for data loss caused by iCloud or device issues.
Optional Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. The developer does not access your payment information.
The App is for personal mood journaling and is not medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. If you are in distress, please contact a professional. Provided "as is" without warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may terminate by uninstalling. The developer may terminate your license if you breach these Terms.
These Terms may be updated with new app versions. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
